This is more for my own benefit than anything else, as I come across so many models that look familiar but the name doesn't!  So I've created a simple table that gives the common model name and aliases that they have also modelled under in different magazines etc.

Not a comprehensive list and I'll add to it when I can, but please let me know if you know of any other names for these models.
