Skinny Dipping with Rochelle Lofting

A quick cool off and skinny dip with Rochelle Lofting from a restored 35mm slide taken in the late 1950's, possibly by Harrison Marks?

Suzi Shane in Widescreen!

Found on eBay a great shot of Suzi Shane by Harrison Marks on the living room set at Lily Place Studio's around 1967. I'm not sure if this is the full shot as it seems to be quite wide, so possibly cropped? Either way a great top view of Suzi and loving the waist and curve of the hips in this shot.

Image Hosting & Flickr

For those that didn't realize, didn't know or don't care I host and store all my photo's over on Flickr and I've been using the site personally since 2007. I only started using Flickr to host my Kamera Club images in May 2013, but have already amassed over 4000 images that have been published. I tried many hosting options before settling on Flickr, but the main reasons were that you got more control over your images on Flickr than other places. I tried Google+ and Google Photo's, but they have a very strict policy on nudity and their automated system for checking images regularly removed the most obscure shots containing the odd boob, but would leave a full frontal shot alone!

With Flickr you have a lot more control and as long as you have your content and privacy settings correct, you can pretty much publish anything! I also find you have a lot more control over your images, who can see them, what size and what people can do with the images.

What I didn't realize was how many sets I'd amassed in such a short space of time, 219! Thankfully your given a Terabyte of storage and I've not even touched 1% of it yet. I'm also a control freak, so all my sets are organised and in order, as you can see below :)

So, if you have a Flickr account feel free to head over to my account and take a look and follow it if you want. you'll get to see most of my images, well those I've published and allow publicly anyway!

The only down side to Flickr is video hosting as they don't allow very long clips, but I have a solution for that thankfully, so it's not a deal breaker.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Julie - Kamera No.9 Cover

No comments:

Finally got my hands on a very good condition copy of Kamera No.9 (1958) featuring the ever exotic Julie! Plenty of Julie shots inside including the colour centre pages, along with other great early HM models, including Pamela Green (of course!), Margaret Warhurst, Sylvana Manto and Lorraine Burnett.

An excellent conditioned copy with very little wear considering it's age and all for the bargain price of £4.99 from eBay. Yes that low! I know most copies in good condition go for a lot more, but unfortunately or fortunately in my case eBay crashed last week for several hours and I was winning the auction at £4.99, but expecting it to go a lot higher. Anyway the auction disappeared during the crash and it's end time passed, so I assumed it would be re-listed, but no I got an email I'd won it at the starting price and the seller honoured it! So thanks to the eBay crash and a nice seller I got Kamera No.8 and Kamera No.9 for a total of £11! Must have been my day as never normally that lucky on bidding.
